Arryan Path - Terra Incognita
Reviewed by Eddie Risdal in 5/6/2010

Actually a fairly decent release, this second album from Cypriot power metallers ARRYAN PATH. They are competent in all stages of the music, the songwriting, performance and production. Vocalist Nicholas Leptos has a strong and fitting voice that suits their style perfectly. I only loose interest when the melodies get too "ethnic", like in the title track and "Ishtar".

If you're a fan of epic power metal in the vein of Rhapsody (Of Fire) you should definitely check out ARRYAN PATH, as they are in no way behind the Italians, maybe not that much pompous and orchestral, but at least equally good.
